RETURN POLICY

You can contact us to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt should you decide not to keep the goods you ordered. Subject to returns being received in a saleable condition the cost will be refunded to you via the payment method you used.

Shipping the return of cancelled orders is at the customer’s expense. 

If we do not receive the goods we will consider you have accepted receipt and no refund will be made.

Faulty goods can be returned outside of the 7 working days period.

Packaging adequate enough to ensure returned goods arrive in a saleable condition is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend the use of a trackable and insured method of shipping. GB Publishing Org will not accept loss or damage caused in shipping.

We will replace free of charge with refunding return shipping costs any goods that are faulty or defective provided that such is not caused by incorrect use or otherwise by physical damage caused in the proper use of the goods.
